By using OnU (“the App”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App.

1. The App

OnU is a personal to-do app developed by an individual developer. It is distributed through the Apple App Store under the Apple Standard Application License, which governs your right to use the App on Apple devices.

2. Subscription

OnU is a paid subscription service.

• Price: $0.99 USD per month (or local currency equivalent set by Apple).
• Free trial: New subscribers receive a 2-week free trial. Your subscription begins at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Auto-renewal: The subscription renews automatically each month at the listed price unless you cancel.
• Cancellation: You can cancel any time in the App Store subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Refund Policy.

After your trial or subscription ends, the App will lock until you resubscribe. Your data remains preserved in your iCloud account and will be available again the moment you resubscribe.

3. Your data

Your tasks and notes are stored locally on your device and, if iCloud is enabled on your Apple ID, synced through Apple’s iCloud. The developer does not operate any server, does not collect personal data, and cannot access your tasks. See the Privacy Policy for details.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use OnU only for personal, lawful purposes. You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the App except as permitted by Apple’s standard EULA.

5. Disclaimer

OnU is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The developer is not liable for lost data, missed tasks, or any indirect damages arising from use of the App. The App is a personal productivity tool, not a medical or therapeutic device.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated. The latest version will always be at this URL. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

OnU는 1인 개발자가 만든 개인용 할 일 관리 앱입니다. Apple App Store를 통해 배포되며, Apple 표준 응용프로그램 라이선스 계약에 따라 사용 권리가 부여됩니다.

2. 구독

OnU는 유료 구독제 서비스입니다.

• 가격: 월 $0.99 USD (Apple이 정한 현지 통화 환산 가격).
• 무료 체험: 신규 구독자에게 2주 무료 체험이 제공됩니다. 체험 종료 24시간 전까지 취소하지 않으면 결제가 시작됩니다.
• 자동 갱신: 취소하지 않는 한 매월 자동으로 결제됩니다.
• 취소: App Store 구독 설정에서 언제든지 취소할 수 있습니다. 취소는 현재 결제 주기 종료 시 적용됩니다.
• 환불: 환불은 Apple App Store 환불 정책에 따라 Apple이 처리합니다.

체험 또는 구독이 종료되면 앱은 잠기며, 재구독 시 다시 사용할 수 있습니다. 데이터는 iCloud에 그대로 보존되며 재구독하는 즉시 복원됩니다.

3. 사용자 데이터

작성하신 할 일과 메모는 사용자 기기에 로컬로 저장되며, iCloud가 활성화된 경우 Apple의 iCloud를 통해 동기화됩니다. 개발자는 별도의 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 개인정보를 수집하지 않고, 사용자의 데이터에 접근할 수 없습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 참고하십시오.

4. 허용되는 사용

본 앱은 개인적·합법적 목적으로만 사용해야 합니다. Apple 표준 EULA에서 허용하는 범위를 벗어난 리버스 엔지니어링, 변조, 재배포 행위는 금지됩니다.

5. 면책 조항

OnU는 어떠한 보증 없이 “있는 그대로” 제공됩니다. 데이터 손실, 일정 누락, 기타 본 앱 사용으로 인한 간접 손해에 대해 개발자는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 본 앱은 개인용 생산성 도구이며 의료·치료 기기가 아닙니다.

6. 변경

본 약관은 변경될 수 있으며, 최신 버전은 항상 이 URL에서 확인할 수 있습니다. 변경 이후 앱을 계속 사용하는 경우 변경 사항에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.
